- The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to make the booking.
2.2 Payment Terms
- Full payment or deposit (as specified) is required at the time of booking.

- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed and payment is received.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before departure: 75% refund of total booking amount
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund of total booking amount
- 7-14 days before departure: 25% refund of total booking amount
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund
- Cancellation charges may vary for specific packages, hotels, or flights. Specific terms will be communicated at the time of booking.
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
3.2 Cancellation by Matrishwa Holidays
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to:
- Insufficient bookings to make the tour viable
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, health emergencies, etc.)
- Operational or safety concerns
In case of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
4. Changes and Modifications
4.1 Changes by Customer
- Requests to modify bookings must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
- Modification fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the change.
- Changes to travel dates, destinations, or services may incur additional costs.
4.2 Changes by Matrishwa Holidays
We reserve the right to make minor changes to itineraries, accommodations, or services due to operational requirements. In case of major changes, we will notify you promptly and offer suitable alternatives or refunds.
5. Travel Documents
- You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
- Passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
- We provide visa assistance services but do not guarantee visa approval.
- Failure to obtain proper documentation may result in denied boarding or entry, and we are not liable for any resulting costs.
- You must comply with all immigration, customs, and health regulations of countries you visit.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other potential issues. Matrishwa Holidays is not responsible for any losses that would have been covered by adequate insurance.
7. Health and Safety
- You are responsible for assessing your fitness to travel and participate in activities.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
- You must comply with all health and vaccination requirements for your destinations.
- You are responsible for your own safety and following instructions from tour guides and local authorities.
8. Liability and Disclaimer
8.1 Our Liability
Matrishwa Holidays acts as an intermediary between you and suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport providers, etc.). We are not liable for:
- Acts, errors, omissions, or defaults of third-party suppliers
- Delays, cancellations, or changes to services by suppliers
- Loss, damage, or injury caused by third parties
- Force majeure events beyond our control
- Personal injury, illness, or death not caused by our negligence
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
8.2 Your Responsibility
- You are responsible for your behavior and compliance with local laws.
- You must not engage in any illegal or disruptive activities.
- You are liable for any damage caused to property or injury caused to others due to your actions.
- We reserve the right to terminate your trip without refund if your behavior is deemed unacceptable.
9. Complaints and Disputes
- If you have a complaint during your trip, you must notify us immediately so we can attempt to resolve it.
- Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing within 30 days of trip completion.
- We will investigate all complaints and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
