5. 5. Return Air Tickets.
6. 6. Day by Day Travel Itinerary.
7. 7. Hotel Reservation
8. 8. Health Insurance
9. 9. If Family Visit: Invitation / sponsor Letter from Germany
10. 10. If the applicant is employed: - payslips for the last 3 months, Leave sanction letter, Job Appointment Letter
11. 11. Applicant’s I.T. Return copies.
12. 12. Applicant’s -6 months Bank account statement
13. 13. If the applicant is Retired:- Pension Details - pension order or other financial details
14. 14. If the applicant is student: - School ID Card copy, Bonafide Certificate, Holiday details
15. 15. Applicant’s Last 6 months Original Personal & Business Bank statement with good balance
16. 16. Applicant’s – statement of Assets
17. 17. Children under 18 traveling without one or both parents or without a legal guardian must provide an affidavit for travel signed by both parents or by the parent
18. 18. All documents should be in English only
